Balls retract into body

Ok, so almost every time I get an erection and have some sort of tension down there, my right testicle retracts into my body, above where the penis meets the body. I can guide it back in, but is there any risk to this sort of thing? The reason I'm worried is because I asked my friend in nursing and she said that it could lead to an increased risk in testicular cancer This has been happening since I've been about 15, and I'm 20 right now. It happens to a lot of guys when they are erect and excited.

Its completely normal, when you are cold, feeling anxious or are close to orgasm either through intercourse or masturbation. You don't actually have to feel cold for your balls to retract, but your balls will decide what is the best temperature for sperm production. I suggest you wear looser underwear to give you a bit more space so they are not always pressed up close against your body, and if you can sleep naked. Also you can massage your balls, to stretch out your scrotum a bit. Either way, retracting balls is normal - its what they're meant to do.
